I did not see a shipping charge on my internet order. What is the final cost? We will email you with you total cost including shipping and Wine Club discount, if you are a member. Shipping rates are available on our Order page.

How quickly will my wine arrive? Orders shipped to California residents generally arrive in 1-4 business days. Orders shipped to addresses outside of California generally take 3-7 business days. We monitor weather conditions, and may delay your order if there is a chance of extreme temperatures. Tracking information is often available and will be sent to you if we receive it from the carrier.

Do you ship to my state? I don't see it listed. Contact us to see if we can legally ship to your state. Shipping wine in the US is a complicated, ever-changing situation, and we do our best to ship wine when it is legal to do so. We also can work with distributors to try to get our wine to you.

Does the wine need to be signed for? Yes, due to state laws, all wine shipments must be signed for by an adult. We are not able to waive this option.

I will not be at home when your package comes. Can you re-route the package for me? Unfortunately, due to state law we cannot re-route wine packages once they have been shipped. When ordering, please provide an address at which an adult can receive the wine.
